Implementation supervision & quality

Supervision and implementation follow-up services are considered one of the important steps to ensure that the works are executed at the highest quality in accordance with the project specifications and in line with the project’s time schedule.

The office provides permanent and periodic supervision services and follow-up implementation in proportion to the project entrusted to it and this includes preparing and implementing a plan for supervision that includes following up the schedule. Moreover, monitoring the works that are being implemented and ensuring that they conform to the specifications while providing solutions to problems that may result during implementation.

Our services in this field include the following:

• Receiving the backfill layers and foundation layers, the tooth layers and the tooth treated with cement dust, and conducting the validity tests for them according to the specifications of the Egyptian Road Code. Such as tests of gradation, fluidity and state, determination of the maximum dry density in the laboratory, Los Angeles, friability and absorption rates, California tolerance ratio, field compaction ratio.
• Receipt of the impregnation layer, the bonding asphalt layer, the adhesive layer and the surface asphalt layer. As well as conducting laboratory tests on asphalt mixtures such as stability tests, extraction. Along with field tests such as monitoring the temperature of the asphalt mixture before brushing, monitoring the rates of spraying the impregnation layer and the adhesive layer, taking samples from the asphalt layers after the brushing to ensure the thickness of the layer as well as the proportion of compaction.
• Receipt of paving works from road side slopes, New Jersey pouring works and drainage ditches rain water and taking concrete cubes to ensure that the required effort is achieved according to the project specifications and supervising the implementation of the floor markings and ensuring that the road paints conform to the specifications in terms of the degree of reflection and thickness of the paints

• Preparing contractual documents that deal with quality requirements
